LIGHT IN WEIGHT – BUT VERY HEAVY ON POWER
Suitable for professional live sound reinforcement or fixed installations, this ALL-NEW series of digital amplifiers features 5 models that deliver between 595w and 3400w per channel into 4Ω. Four of these new models are 4 channel amplifiers which allow installers to create discrete and versatile systems.
All models feature an advanced switch-mode power supply and super-efficient Class D topology which delivers high power with low distortion. The DP series is incredibly light in weight. Starting from only 7kg, installers and performers will really appreciate the ease this brings to transportation.
PROTECTION
Internally, a full suite of protection circuitry includes thermal, over-current, DC, short circuit protect and power on/off mute. This level of protection ensures long term system reliability and peace of mind should the worst ever happen. Front panel LEDs also keep the sound engineer well informed with fault, peak, and signal LEDs. The variable speed fans keep the amplifier rack quiet when not in use – and cool while it’s running at high volume.
MODES AND SWITCHES
The DP Series feature stereo, bridge and mono modes. Use in bridge mode with an individual high-powered subwoofer or use a single DP to power your whole sound system equally.
Mono mode saves external cabling by splitting a single input to feed two channels of the amplifier. In addition, gains can easily be controlled by the rear panel gain switch. This allows for installation into almost any rig or venue.
The DP Series features XLR inputs with a maximum input level of +22dBu allowing for integration with any typical professional audio system.
