How do I place an order online?
To place an online order, click “Add to Cart” to add a product to your virtual shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click the cart icon to review the items in your cart, then click “Check Out” to begin the payment process. Select the payment method of choice and proceed to pay.
How do I register?
To register with Irukka, click the “account” button at the top, right-hand corner of the any page. You will be asked to provide your name, a password, and a few personal details in order to create your Irukka account.
What if I cannot find my particular product on Irukka.com?
If you cannot find a product that you are looking for, check back in a couple of days to see if the product has been added or use our “Contact Us” chat with us to ask if and when that product will be in stock. However, we have a variety of other products that maybe similar to what you want. You can also call our customer service on 07000IRUKKA (07069570316).
Shipping & Delivery
Where can I receive a delivery?
You can receive a delivery anywhere in Nigeria. However, depending on the zone you live in, delivery costs may vary.
Can you deliver outside Lagos? Outside Nigeria?
Yes, we deliver outside of Lagos. However, Irukka does not currently deliver outside of Nigeria.
When will I get my product after I place an order?
The delivery date and time of your product depends on where you live. If you live in a city that has an Irukka branch you can expect delivery within 24 hours; however other cities will take about 48-72 hours for delivery. Check out Irukka Store Locations to see if we have a branch in your city.
How do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charge depends on the weight and size of the package, as well as your address.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Our dispatch personnel (or Irukka staff/Customer Service) will confirm that you are available before attempting to deliver a package to you. If you are still unavailable, they will work with you to re-schedule your package delivery at a time that is convenient for you.
Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes. Your parcel can be delivered to any address provided that you will be available to receive the package and pay for it.
My items haven’t arrived yet, what can I do?
With Irukka you have several options. You can use the contact information in your confirmation email to contact our dispatch personnel (or Irukka staff/Customer Service)and see if there has been a problem or a delay with you package. You can also visit one of the Irukka store branches and speak to an employee to have your questions answered.
Will I receive all my orders in a single package?
How do I make payment?
Irukka offers both Payment-on-delivery, online payment and payment at our ofline store.
Do you offer payments in installment?
No. All payments must be made in full.
Are your prices negotiable?
No. All prices are final, however if you are buying in bulk, you can contact our customer service and they will let you know what discounts you can be offered.
Will my card details be safe?
Absolutely. Irukka values your privacy and has advanced security measures in place to ensure that all card information entered is completely safe.
Why has my card been declined?
Typically, this is due to safety measures between the bank and an online system. To get a more detailed answer, we suggest calling your bank.
Can I use two methods of payment when ordering online?
No. The order must be completed either with one card online, cash on delivery or payment at the store.
